Ms Deena Powers

DreamTrip #1 (Memphis, TN…Peabody Hotel,  Dec. 2008) My girls and I went on our first DreamTrip to Memphis. My sister accompanied us as our guest. We had such fun! The hotel was spectacular, all decorated for Christmas. We so enjoyed seeing the march of the ducks twice a day. The duckmaster rolled out the red carpet to bring them in at 11, and then again to take them out at 5. This happened every single day. You wouldn’t believe how many people crowded in to see this world acclaimed phenomenon! We had some of the best barbecue at Corky’s and the Rendezvous. Our trip to Graceland was very memorable; my youngest daughter, Natalie, was so moved emotionally at Elvis’ graveside that she literally had tears streaming down her face. We had an awesome time on the Vintage Back Street Bus Tour; our singer/tour guide Memphis kept us well-entertained. My girls thought it was hilarious to see grown adults acting so silly! They especially thought that at our welcome cocktail reception where we were entertained by our very own Elvis impersonator. We all tried our hand at the mic as well. Great memories!! This was the first vacation I have taken my kids on since my husband passed away 3 plus years ago. Because of our DreamTrips membership, we can now afford to experience many more memories like this one. My girls said this was the best Christmas ever! Thank you Rovia.

DreamTrip #2 (Los Cabos…RIU Santa Fe Feb. 2009)
My friend Linda and I just got back from Los Cabos where we had a fabulous time!!  We met some really nice folks from Minnesota, Boston, and Tuscon…all of course DreamTrip members.  The food was incredible; the drinks very generous; and the quality of the hotel and surroundings were pristine.  We did two excursions, a sunset dinner cruise and a whale watching tour.  The best was the whale watching tour.  We climbed on board this small boat with inflatable sides, straddled the seats and held on to the handles for dear life!!  We literally flew across the water.  We would slow down to scope out whales, then we’d take off to get up close and personal!  Our tour guide said we were seeing things that he hadn’t seen in the two years he had this job!!  In fact, he kept us out there an hour longer than he should have, missed the next tour, and hoped he didn’t lose his job.  He was just having too much fun!! The males were finishing their mating rituals and were breaching completely out of the water multiple times.  It must have been really good!  :)   At one point, as we were sitting still and looking off at the distance, everyone started to scream because a whale came up from under our boat where we could actually touch him if we wanted.  He was not liking us cramping his style in the least; he slapped the water with his fin and then swam away.  Seeing the whales up close like that is too hard to describe in words.  You just have to do it!!  Thank you Rovia for giving us the opportunity to make these kind of memories!!

).

Making memories with friends in Cabo. What a great experience :) .

Dream Trip Number 3.  (Banff Canada March 2009) I continue to be amazed by the awe and splendor one can experience while on a Dream Trip! On my third dream trip in four months, my girlfriend Lynn and I went to Banff, Canada where we stayed at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise for 4 nights/5 days. Our trip included round-trip transfers from Calgary and daily lift tickets.

I actually skied for the first time! I can’t say that it was wonderful, but I can say that my all-day ski lesson was fun and challenging. If you plan on skiing for the first time, I highly recommend ski lessons. We broke for lunch at 12:30, and I was the only one who came back! I got a two-hour private lesson. I was very tired at the end of the day. Upon arriving at the hotel, I booked an appointment for a spa treatment the next day. I had a facial and my hair styled.

There were definitely a few other highlights to my trip. We met some incredible friends from Tennessee, Austin, Dallas, Florida, and New York. Lynn and I went dog-sledding. How many people can say they have done that? We also had dinner at a primo restaurant at The Post. This facility is a Relais and Chateaux level accommodation. If you don’t know what that means, Google it! It’s higher than any star or diamond classification, and you must be nominated to receive the honor. Thank goodness we had some NY friends hosting this dinner outing…The meal was over $1600!!

I also had the opportunity to ice skate on Lake Louise and to hike a bit. All in all, the trip was spectacular. And it was only made possible because I am a Dream Trip member. Thank you Rovia!!! I saved over $1800 on this trip alone!

Mr. and Mrs. Brandon Brown-Dallas, Tx

My wife and I always wanted to travel, but never could find the time or money to make it happen. Until…Rovia came along. With the prices of these amazing Dreamtrips we made the commitment to take two vacations a year, one for the two of us and the other with family. Our first trip was an incredible 4 day 3 night stay at the RIU Palace in Cabo San Lucas for $299/person. Our stay at the ALL inclusive was well worth it, this price included all food, beverages, adult beverages, entertainment, and ocean view. When we first walked into the resort and saw the pool and ocean view, I told my wife I feel like I am in a Corona commercial…it just got better from there. We saved 350.00 off of the best online price.
Loving Life in Cabo

Loving Life in Cabo

Our next trip we took the kids along to Playa Del Carmen for 5 days 4 nights at the All Inclusive Occidental Gran Xcaret. The price of this trip with air fare from DFW for the entire family was under $2,000 (best online price I could find was $3300). I saved over $1,300!!!! We had a blast as a family and also met some other incredible Dreamtrip members that we still keep in touch with. Our kids really loved the beach and swimming in the ocean, but the animal life all through the resort and at the Xcaret Park next door was truly amazing. We couldn’t walk to the beach without seeing a few iguanas.

Thanks Dad!!!

Thanks Dad!!!

I saved the best trip for last….IRELAND, a trip that we never would have taken if we didn’t have our Rovia Dreamtrip membership. This trip was absolutely incredible. We saw so many amazing sites; the trip was well planned down to the last details. Best part of it is that I didn’t have to plan a thing…I wouldn’t know where to start in planning a trip like this. Rovia did all that for me. All I had to do was pull up the online itinerary then click it and book it. We took an amazing tour of Dublin which included dinner and authentic entertainment at a pub, kissed the Blarney Stone at Blarney Castle, shopped in Killarney, toured the Ring of Kerry, took the Skellig Experience; saw the breathtaking Cliffs of Moher and lastly a medieval dinner at the Bunratty Castle. We even went to the house of an actual sheep herder’s house for tea and crumpets and watched his dogs in action. Rovia took care of ALL the planning and even sent a trip concierge just in case we needed anything while we were there. Price of this trip was $1,299/person which included air fare from Newark to Dublin, hotels, 70% of our meals, and all our tours . The savings on this trip was $1700 per couple…We saved so much we took our two girls and one set of grandparents, saved a total of $5,100. This was an absolute trip of a lifetime that my family will NEVER forget. Thank you Rovia!!!

Who wants to Kiss the Blarney Stone???

Who wants to Kiss the Blarney Stone???

With all 3 trips combined we saved over 6700.00. AWESOME vacations with AWESOME people, thanks Rovia!!!

Mr. and Mrs. Jim Anderson-Murrieta, Ca.

I joined Worldventures originally for the great travel deals and I can tell you the Dreamtrips do not disappoint. My family and I have been on two of them so far and we have been amazed at the quality of the trips, how much we have saved and how much fun we have had. The 1st trip we went on was to the Hapuna Beach Prince hotel on the island of Hawaii. This was an incredible hotel right on one of the best white sand beaches on the island. The trip was 6 days and 5 nights and we paid a total of $935 including taxes and an ocean view suite. This was a savings of approximately $1,200 of the best published online rate. We also extended our stay by 2 days and the hotel gave us the travel agent rate for the room which saved us an additional $$500. This trip alone saved us approximately $1,700 from what I researched online from other providers. Not only that, Maddie, our Dreamtrip coordinator hosted a cocktail party for us and coordinated a Seafood buffet dinner and Luau experience. My wife and I have been fortunate to have been able to do a lot of traveling and she felt that this was one of the best trips that she has ever been on.

The 2nd trip was a fabulous cruise on the MSC Lirica out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This cruise was an 8 day / 7 night that visited Key West, Cozumel, Grand Cayman and Calle Levantado. From the moment we boarded the ship we were treated with “white glove” level of service and anything we needed was right there or a quick phone call away. The price of the trip was $199 plus port fees and taxes and included everything (meals, entertainment, room service, etc) except for alcohol (which by the way I thought was very reasonable on the ship). I was a little skeptical about how nice things would be before we got on the ship given the price (although I had heard good things) but was very surprised at the quality of the food, level of service, and the entertainment.  In addition to all of this our Dreamtrip coordinator Michael was always there to help answer any questions and support any needs we may have had. There were about 200 fellow Dreamtrip members on this trip and Michael hosted a cocktail party for us and that was really fun.

All aboard!!!

All aboard!!!

Both of these trips were great and we saved a ton of $$ on them but the best part of all are the fellow Dreamtrip members. We have met some really incredible folks on each trip that helped to make our trips very special. We look forward to many great trips in 2009 and beyond.

Mr. Rusty Seaver-Rock Island, IL

We just got back from the Vegas DreamTrip at Treasure Island. It was absolutely amazing. We were greeted at the counter of the hotel and checked right in and were quickly informed that we had envelops waiting for us at the customer service desk. In the envelopes was all our extras that came with our DreamTrip. We had our conformation for our tickets to the Cirque du soleil (Mystere), which was fabulous. We sat in the 3rd row, right in the middle of all the action. It was breathtaking. We also had 2 free breakfast buffet tickets, $20 each in free play to the casino, plus 2 free drinks at the Kahunaville Bar. Based on all of our complimentary items that came with our package we spent $56.00 per night at our Hotel. We were on the 31st floor, which was a secured floor, with an excellent view of the mountains. That was an amazing price considering we were right in the middle of the Strip of Las Vegas. With all of the money we saved, which was close to $350, we put that towards our Helicopter Trip of the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, and the Colorado River. I highly recommend this excursion to anyone. Really this letter doesn’t due justice what our trip was really like, but I would have to honestly say it was definitely a DreamTrip, THANK YOU Rovia!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. and Mrs. Colin Sumida-Naperville, Illinois

Our first DreamTrip was to Tortola in June this past summer. Prior to our membership my husband would spend hours, days, even months planning our trips and searching for the best deal on the internet. But booking a DreamTrip with Rovia was a piece of cake. Rovia sends you all the info in the mail and it was a great deal because it was all inclusive! The accommodations were terrific…beachfront and we had an amazing view! We stepped out of the door and we were right on the beach. The food was excellent, you could have anything you want and eat to your heart’s content and this included beverages & alcohol. We were treated well by the staff and there was also a WV rep. to help you or answer questions. He suggested we take this excursion to the most beautiful beach you could only imagine seeing on postcards and it was very inexpensive, included liquor on the boat and snorkeling equipment! We paid $379.00 per person for the trip and $35.00 per person for that boat excursion we took. Incredible value!!! We had a blast and saw some incredible sea life. What a great trip, although I forgot to mention it did not start out that way. We missed our early morning flight out of Chicago which was our fault; the airline staff was not very helpful or reassuring. They told us since we missed our flight, we would need to go on standby but our chances were not very good because all the flights were overbooked and there was a long standby list already. My husband thought we should just cut our losses and go home or try to get on the flight the next morning but we would have to pay $400.00 extra per person according to the airline personnel. I was not about to disappoint my kids as I looked on their almost tearful faces. We had been looking forward to this trip for months now! So, I decided to call the number in the brochure Rovia sent us, explained our situation and the next thing I knew, we were rushing to the airline counter because I could not believe that we were actually going on our trip. Rovia got us on the next flight out, got to Tortola that evening had a fabulous time and the rest is history! So, I most definitely would recommend this DreamTrip to everyone and we have great pictures to show it! I can’t wait for our next DreamTrip…hmm, maybe Jamaica.

Mr. and Mrs. Dario Restrepo-Chandler, Az

We stayed at the 5-star hotel, Iberostar Paraiso Lindo Riviera Maya, near Cancun.  I can not believe the price we paid $429 for a Jr Suite pp..It was an all inclusive vacation package, so we had all our meals, all our drinks, our transportation to and from the airport to hotel, taxes and tips paid for. I asked the front desk for the pricing and retail that place is $199 per person per night, so our savings was huge at least $700 total! We spoke to one of the people that were there and they told us they had to pay $90 one way from the airport to the hotel. We were there with over 100 other members, talk about one big party. I can say that I have been on vacation with a few of my good friends before but this was like no other, hanging out with people that just like to have fun and it was like a big family reunion.  We went night clubbing, karaoke; we ate, and drank… Boy some of the people there were able to recoup the cost of the trip just in drinking (and of course that would not be me) Mojitos everywhere. Our host Deborah chartered a private catamaran exclusively for our group we had over 60 people on the vessel. That was pretty amazing more food and more drink… We only paid $65 for the excursion but it was regularly priced over $85 pp.   Again, we saved an additional $40 for both of us.

Dario and I have been so blessed to have been on this vacation and can’t wait for the next one.

Mr. Zach Edwards-San Deigo, Ca

I have always loved to travel but prior to purchasing my Rovia DreamTrips Membership I had never been to a 5 star resort. But in the past 6 months, I have been to two. The first one was in June to the Grand Lido Resort in Negril Jamaica with my girlfriend.  It was an Ultra All Inclusive Epicurean Escape, which means all you can eat and drink premium, massages, manicures, pedicures, snorkeling, scuba diving, wake boarding, sailing, and incredible entertainment.  Despite the 8 miles of white sand beach and warm water, the food was the best part of the trip as they flew in 23 of the top chefs from around the world to cook for us, do cooking competitions, and let us keep some recipes. While I was there the least expensive price I had heard others paid was 1950.00 for what we paid 1198.00 for. Our price also included taxes and round trip airport transfers which took and hour and a half on an air conditioned bus.

Come on join me!!!

Come on join me!!!

The second I got back from Jamaica, I called my brother and said we have got to do a 5-Star All Inclusive.  So in September we went to the Iberostar Paraiso Lindo Resort in Cancun/Riviera Maya.  It was all you can eat at any of the 9 restaurants, as well as all you can drink premium alcohol (Don Julio included).  It also included volleyball, sailing, Karaoke and we had the opportunity to be there for wedding of two incredible friends and DreamTrip members. We paid 369.00 for 5 days 4 nights and we had met people who had paid double. The savings off the best online price from both of my trips paid for my start-up fee and monthly DT membership charge for well over 30 months of the membership.

Mr. and Mrs. John Heerhold and Family-Aurora, Illinois

We just returned from Memphis Tennessee where we stayed at The Peabody Hotel. What a magnificent hotel probably the nicest place I had ever stayed. The kids enjoyed seeing the ducks come down the elevator and into the fountain at the hotel. It had a ton of character and featured a lot of southern charm. Our trip included a welcome cocktail party with our own Elvis impersonator. We also went on a 6 hour bus tour of Memphis which included live entertainment on the bus and a tour of Graceland. The Graceland Tour Package we had sells for 68.00 each and we had 5 people there. We saved well over 600.00 on this trip and had an incredible time. We enjoyed hanging out on Beale Street as well as going to the historic Lorraine Motel where Dr. King was shot. I was able to show my kids history as opposed to them reading about it in a book.

The only way to see Memphis is to bring your own Elvis!

DreamTrip 2

Mary and I went to Playa Del Carmen and styed at the Grand Porto Real. We had a fantastic time and enjoyed the friendships of almost 200 other DreamTrippers that were there. We went on a Catamaran ride and jet skiing. the vollyball games were killer and there was a lot of trash talking. the best thing was I got to spend a few days with the person who is most important to me and did it in a paradise location. The resort was great and food was exceptional. We saved over 500.00 on this trip.

Mr. Jon Keim, Rock Island Illinois

My name is Jon Keim and my girlfriend Delia and I purchased a Rovia DreamTrips membership 8 months ago. We took a mini 4 day 3 night DreamTrip to Sanibel Island/Fort Meyers area.

We stayed at an incredible Spa/Resort on Estero Island, the long beautiful beach was filled with people, the water was blue, the sun was warm and the resorts drinks were cold. The spa’s amenities were relaxing and the service was friendly and first rate.

We never would have found this spa/resort digging through the internet ourselves. The mini dream trip saved us approximately $210.00. We enjoyed this spa/resort so much we stayed 2 extra nights. When we inquired to the availability of staying longer the resort manager informed us we may stay in our existing room for the same wholesale price per night that Rovia secured for the DreamTrip package. Total vacation savings of approximately $500. Wow. I was willing to pay the full rate for the extra nights because of the quality of the spa resort, after I informed her of this she added; “we love Rovia and we want you to be happy with our resort so when you return to your town and share with your friends about your vacation, tell all about us and Rovia and we did.

Truly, these are great products and an awesome company. Thank you, Rovia.

Are we having a great time or what???

Are we having a great time or what???

Our second DreamTrip was to Puerto Vallarts Mexico. Viva Mexico! We took the Inaugural Rovia chartered flight filled with 200 DreamTrippers. The energy and fun factor on the plane was awesome. While in Puerto Vallarta we experienced a number of great moments. This was a great time not only hearing them share their stories and getting direction first hand but being on vacation with them and their families while enjoying the fun and sun.

We rode zip lines hundreds of feet over the forest, repelled down 90’ waterfalls and cliffs, took a dinner boat ride to a great Mexican cultural show, splashed in the ocean and hung out pool side with hilarious DreamTrippers! We had so much fun and met new friends. The all-inclusive resort, Riu Vallarta, was excellent! The service and food were great. As a couple we saved $600.00; we are already planning our next DreamTrip. Rovia rocks!

Mr. & Mrs. David Glass and Family-FlowerMound, Texas

1. My first DreamTrip was a 4 day 3 Night Royal Caribbean Bahamas Cruise with about 40 of my franchise owners!  It was awesome and we each saved about $200 on that one.

What a way to have a meeting with the CEO!!!

What a way to have a meeting with the CEO!!!

2. My wife and I went to the 5 star Occidental Grand in Playa Del Carmen We had a reception just for DreamTrip members. What really surprised us was WorldVentures had its’ own concierge staff on the property which made dealing with any issues that came up a breeze. They handled all of our reservations for dinner and our excursions.  Dan even went with us four guys to go swimming with whale sharks included in our trip was day passes to Xcaret as well.  If you just count air and lodging, my wife and I saved over $800 on that one trip.  That even takes into account the resort had a 40% off there rooms for the week we were there.  What the savings does not show is the DreamTrip Concierge staff Dan and Maddy allowed us to never leave the pool to make a reservation, handling of our luggage, upgraded to first class. The ability to go with the other couples that are also members and some our closest friends made this an unbelievable experience!

This is the way to meet Flipper!!!

This is the way to meet Flipper!!!

3. San Antonio.  We took the entire family down to Fiesta Texas and stayed at the Embassy Suites. Our 8 year old daughter wanted to see the Alamo since she had been studying it in school. My 4 year old son experienced his first rollercoaster. He’s not afraid of much!  We saved about $200 on that one as well.

Remember the Alamo

Remember the Alamo

In total for the three trips we have saved over $1200…each trip had its own unique feel and created memories that I literally will never forget and are priceless!

Our new family motto is “A Day is not wasted if a Memory is created”
